Celerion is searching for a full-time Associate Director, Business Analysis to join our Business Development team.  This position  would have responsibility for Salesforce (SFDC)management/integration, Lead Generation and BD execution of key initiatives, and processes management related to BD/marketing operations, systems and corporate support. This responsibility includes applying continuous improvement and best practices, managing executive expectations, and collaboration across the Company.

Managing metrics and reporting of key strategic initiatives to ensure results

      • Lead the use of business systems to assist VP of BD in sales targeting, lead identification efforts, etc (i.e. Global Data)

      • Manage lead generation with Scientific Affairs and BD to ensure action items are reported, metrics tracked on performance of key strategic growth areas in order to drive growth for the organization


Manage business systems and process improvement

      • Lead on BD, GPM and cross-team process management/improvement

      • As it relates to pre-award process (i.e. non-operational)

      • Ensure efficient and appropriate use of SFDC and other business systems to drive maximum efficiencies


SFDC Administration and BD Reporting

      • Management and continued development of SFDC

      • Have direct responsibility to manage day to day SFDC data and system management, maintenance, and all upgrades

      • Oversee efforts to understand business needs and challenges and determine if SFDC can be a part of solutions to address these needs and challenges



Manage efforts to implement solutions out of SFDC

      • Track corporate and BD performance against applicable targets

      • Manage business development executive reports, metrics, dashboards, etc.

      • Collaborate with Finance team to ensure consistency and alignment of business metrics, data collection and presentation, etc. as related to opportunities and sales/revenue

      • Manage knowledge sharing within BD organization

      • Manage BD commission plan

      • Work closely with VP of BD to manage territory alignment, account assignments, and BD activities (BD Operations)

      • Support marketing efforts in SFDC to assess ROI metrics






  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in areas such as, sales, data or database management, business reporting and analytics marketing, project management etc.
  • Experience with databases and document preparation preferred.
  • RFI and SFDC experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within and across teams to build consensus
  • Excellent computer skills, i.e. word, excel at minimum
